We sell hand crafted jewellery products we import from our suppliers in Peru.

2. Where can I find you?

At the moment we don`t have any branches open, we are an online shop and a family business based in UK.

4.  When will the products be dispatched?

We dispatch the products within 2-3 working days with a secure Next Day service provided by Royal Mail.

5. How can I know if the product will fit me?

All dimensions of the products we sell are given on the individual product page.

6. Is it safe to shop using your page?

It is an important question and our priority at Las Plantas to ensure the privacy of our customers and safety of payments.  We operate on the trusted Wix platform which holds all required safety certificates. 


When shopping online, make sure that the website has an SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption installed which is represented by an icon of a locked padlock.

We also offer safe payment methods like PayPal and Apple Pay, so you can be sure your details are safe.

7. Are the items authentic?

Yes, all of our items are carefully checked upon purchase for the quality, we can assure you the products you purchase are as described. We also check the items for any faults before despatching to you to ensure you get a problem free experience when buying from us

8. What is postage or shipping cost?

The postage cost is £6.35 for any order from our website.


9. What is your return policy?

You have the right to return the item within 14 days from the delivery date. If the item is faulty or not same quality as on the photo, we will refund you with the payment method you used to purchase it.

10. My product has been dispatched, can I track it?

Yes, you can track the shipment using Royal Mail tracking service, all you need is the tracking number you will receive after the purchase.

11. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you changed your mind or made a mistake while ordering, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will assist you with your order. Just send us an email to

12.How can I return the item?

If the item turnes out faulty, notify us and we will email you a return label so you can return the item free of charge.

For any other reason, you can use a postage service of your choice, we do recommend an insured Royal Mail Next Day 1pm delivery. Once we have received your item, we will issue the refund within 3 working days.
